Transparency
As an organization performing a work of general public interest, RNIDS has a statutory obligation to pay special attention to the openness and transparency of its operations. All aspects of RNIDS operations are available to the public, except those related to the security of the national internet domain management system.
RNIDS is obliged to comply with the provisions of the law regulating personal data protection in order to safeguard user privacy, as well as business secrecy when contractually or legally established. RNIDS also establishes mechanisms that enable users to express critical opinions about its work, in accordance with communication and conduct standards.
Relevant RNIDS documents and documents of RNIDS bodies (the Board of Governors, the Conference of Co-Founders, the Statutory Commitee, etc.) are available in the document registry and, among others, include:
- RNIDS Annual Report
- Annual Report on the Work of the Board of Governors
- Annual Report of the Director on the Work of the RNIDS Office
- Annual Report of the Independent Auditor
- Annual Financial Statements of RNIDS
In addition, the following are published: mandate reports on the work of the Board of Governors, quarterly reports of the Director on the work of the Office, as well as reports of working groups.
RNIDS actively communicates with all interested parties through its website, selected social media accounts, a monthly newsletter, and, when necessary, press releases. Transparency is also ensured through public consultations on relevant acts.
Announcements, public calls, and procurement notices are a mandatory part of RNIDS communication on the website, selected digital channels, and, when necessary, other communication channels.
